Scheme Management Services
We work under a written NAMA approved contract, which has been drafted based on current legislation.
We are members of the National Association of Managing Agents (NAMA), Council for Debt Collectors and the Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB)
We provide full Management to schemes on a web based platform.
The Body Corporate or HOA is assigned a suitably qualified Portfolio Manager who advises & guides the Trustees / Excom as to their duties and responsibilities.
The Portfolio Manager assists in drafting budgets, letters, calling of and attending AGM’s, Trustee / Excom Meetings and SGM’s, as agreed.
Trustees / Excoms have online access to all Financial Records, Monthly Management Reports & Budgets.
Owners have access to their own levy accounts, rules, application forms, newsletters etc.
We hold tenant and letting agent information to allow Trustees to be able to communicate with all owners, residents and letting agents involved with the scheme.
Maintenance Management, including the 10-Year Maintenance Program.
Trustee training and education.
CSOS levy collections, submissions and representation.
Payroll Services – Issuing of monthly payslips to employees of the scheme.
Insurance claim assistance.
Preparation of schemes books for Audit.
Owners can access their accounts anywhere, anytime by simply logging into their scheme’s online portal through our website.
Owners have an obligation to, and must keep up to date with, their own, tenant and letting agent information.
Owners can obtain their own “Tax Certificate” of levies paid for the financial year.
We offer customised packages in consultation with the Developer.
Full property letting service – Advertising, Screening, Drafting of lease agreements, Inspections, and Maintenance Management.
We offer landlords customised packages.
